Steel Encased Raised Access Floors
Full access floors have been developed for areas where cable management is required throughout the entire floor area and where it is likely to be extensively adjusted throughout the life of the floor. Durabella offers two options, steel-encased timber panels and timber panels which are more cost-effective options.
Steel encapsulated raised flooring creates an elevated space with removable panels. This system allows full access to cabling and services beneath the floor structure. The ease of access to the service void creates a cost-effective and practical system. This system is fully compliant with PSA or BSEN standard specifications.
The panels are constructed of a high-density particleboard core with galvanised steel top and bottom sheets, folded and bonded with edges ribbed for extra rigidity.
The system includes all the components necessary to accommodate different cabling and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning requirements) in a selection of void heights.
