Durabella FFT Acoustic Flooring System

This Durabella FFT Acoustic Flooring System is a floating floor designed for acoustic control on timber joisted or concrete floor structures.

The system comprises acoustic battens with acoustic insulation quilt laid between the battens. A gypsum based board (soundblock) is laid over the battens and an 18mm moisture resistant chipboard laid over. Perimeter flanking strip is provided to seal the gap between the board edge and the perimeter wall. Adhesive and wood screws are also provided for fixing.

It should be ensured that any services do not bridge the resilient layer.

Please Note:

This system comprises: 18mm chipboard, P5, T&G4; 18mm soundblock, acoustic battens to meet the desired finished floor height, 25mm acoustic quilt, perimeter seal, adhesive and screws.
